270 set sail, chasing the sunset. But as they rounded the far side of the world, the sunrise began to chase them. They left Spain in darkness, heading west into the deep unknown—five ships, 270 men, and a dream most called impossible. They didn’t find what they expected. They found everything else. Oceans wider than any map. Storms that tore sails from the sky. Hunger, loss, and fire. But on the other side of the world, a strange thing happened. The sun, once fleeing before them, began to rise behind them. Morning followed. The world turned. And only 18 men lived to tell the tale. Magellan’s Sunrise is a tribute to that moment—when after all the darkness, light finally returned.

Crafted from two storied landscapes: From the volcanic hills of Mbeya, Tanzania, we source washed Bourbon & Kent with bright, floral clarity—pear, jasmine, and strawberry—grown by smallholder cooperatives at up to 1,900 meters.
Then we anchor it with rare sun-dried India Robusta from Kerala—rich, full-bodied, and wild—with tasting notes of molasses, toasted rye, and campfire popcorn.
Grown high in the Western Ghats and dried under the blazing tropical sun.

Tasting Notes Pear • Jasmine • Molasses • Rye • Strawberry • Toasted Grain
Roast Level Light-Medium. Refined yet rugged. Bright enough to guide you forward, bold enough to bring you home.
This isn’t just a morning blend. It’s a reminder that sometimes, when you go far enough into the dark, the light starts to follow.

Every day deserves a bold beginning.
